  • Established India manufacturing and QA, with validation and homologation for Indian duty cycles.

JV with a European exhaust manufacturer

  • Drove JV formation: due diligence, valuation, term sheet, SHA/SSA, IP and brand terms, and integration.

  • Designed the industrial footprint, capex and quality systems for BS-VI/Euro 6 performance.

Fast DC charging stations

What we did
  • Localised EU DC fast chargers for India: CCS2, OCPP, high-ambient thermal design and IP-rated enclosures.
  • Led compliance: electrical safety, EMC and BIS/CRS, plus DISCOM sanctions and site permits.
  • Built an interoperable CMS with remote diagnostics, uptime and dynamic load management.
OutcomeDelivered a high-uptime pilot corridor and a blueprint for metro and highway scale-up.

  • Defined the India entry route — licensing, JV or wholly owned — across PV, CV and off-highway segments.
